Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform. It records time against projects and tasks, tracks application and website use, and reports on attendance, breaks, schedules and productivity across office, hybrid and remote teams.
The point is not to watch what people are doing. It is to show where hours are going, which work is profitable, and where a team is being held up, so decisions rest on data rather than impressions.
It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome and mobile, and tracking can be automatic in the background or started by the user from the desktop app.

What does the trial include?
Fourteen days of full access to every Premium feature, with no credit card required. At the end you can stay on Premium or move to a lower tier.
How do we explain it to staff?
Honestly and in advance. The platform measures how effective work is, not whether someone stepped away from their desk. We can provide wording for your announcement and set the configuration to match it.
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are running within a day. Larger deployments get a staged rollout with guided onboarding.
What are the billing options?
Monthly or annual, per user. Annual billing is discounted by 16.6%, equivalent to two months free. Through Sterling IT it appears on your existing account.
Do we have to commit to a term?
